Rachel has completed over 700 hours of yoga training. She began her journey with a 200-hour Yoga certification at House of Om in Bali, followed by 100 hours in Myth, Magic, and Mastery of Yoga at The Yoga Barn. She then traveled to India, where she completed an additional 400 hours of advanced training, including specialized studies in pre- and post-natal yoga. She spent the next few months traveling north to south India, diving even deeper into her practice, and felt called to return the next year to continue her path.

After many years abroad, Rachel is returning to her first home, Texas, to plant new roots. She is proud to open Asana Mood Yoga Studio in Galveston, Texas, a space dedicated to mindful movement, artistic expression, and the transformative power of yoga.

Asana Mood welcomes everyone. It is a non-competitive space rooted in traditional yoga values, where each practice invites us to return to the breath and reconnect with our center.

*Asana Mood Yoga Studio is a true labor of love, run as a one woman offering, held and nurtured by its owner, Rachel, whose intention is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all. Glenn’s yoga journey has taken him around the world, studying, practicing, and teaching in some of the most inspiring locations on the planet, including Bali, Indonesia; Punta Gorda, Belize; Machu Picchu, Peru; Isla Boca Brava, Panama; Kauai and Oahu, Hawaii; and Cody, Wyoming. Along the way, he has deepened his understanding of yoga as a practice of self-discovery, connection, and personal transformation.

His training includes an Ashtanga Vinyasa 50-Hour Intensive with Patrick McCleaf and Sara Gruss, as well as certification as a Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga (SUP Yoga) Instructor. Drawing from these diverse experiences, Glenn brings a grounded, encouraging, and authentic approach to his teaching, inviting students to explore both the physical and deeper personal aspects of yoga.

Before dedicating more of his life to yoga, Glenn enjoyed a successful career as an architect. His passion for exploration continues today through cycling, often traveling internationally to experience different cultures, landscapes, and architecture firsthand.

At the heart of Glenn’s practice is a commitment to living authentically and inspiring others to do the same. He is especially passionate about encouraging boys and men to discover yoga, helping break down misconceptions and creating a welcoming space for everyone to experience the benefits of the practice. Whether on the mat or in everyday life, Glenn believes yoga offers a pathway to greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection.

Cece R

Cecilia, better known as Cece, earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in the peaceful village of Tzununa, Guatemala. Nestled along the sacred shores of Lake Atitlán, she spent three transformative weeks immersed in a Zen sanctuary, undertaking intensive training with Doron Hancock, an experienced Ashtanga teacher who had the privilege of studying directly under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Upon returning home, Cece began teaching with a passion for sharing the wisdom and practices that had profoundly impacted her life, while cultivating her own authentic and intuitive teaching style.

Cece discovered yoga during difficult times and holds deep gratitude for the way it has transformed her, continuing to do so every day. She believes yoga has a lasting and far-reaching impact, both on and off the mat. Through her classes, she aims to inspire and gently challenge students to explore a deeper connection to themselves and their practice.

Most recently, she completed a 50- hour Rocket Yoga Teacher Training in Austin, Texas, continuing to deepen her practice and expand her teaching. With a balance of playfulness, intention, and compassion, Cece meets each student exactly where they are, creating a supportive, inclusive space where curiosity, growth, and self-discovery can naturally unfold.
